My name is Jessica Talen. I was born on 22-08-1996 in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. When I was a child, I loved to dance, sing, and be in front of the camera. I always felt a little bit different compared to other children, maybe because I also felt deep emotions and had a lot of empathy, whether it was for my family, teacher, friends, animals, or my fluffy cuddly toys.

For example; one day my mom said that I could choose a new doll from the store, so we went there and I saw this brown-skinned doll. I said to my mother, “I want that one,” because I didn’t have any doll like it yet. For me, it was normal; I always felt that everyone is equal

Now that I’ve grown up, I think it has more to do with my ethnicity. My grandma from my father’s side was born in Jakarta, Indonesia.

That’s why I want to make a difference in the world!

With my YouTube channel, I’ll educate and inspire people with my travel vlogs. My ultimate goal is to share my knowledge through my channel with documentaries about volunteer jobs all around the world and to show you that YOU can build your dream life too!
